the Acer one gotta wireless issue all of sudden, the windows 10 was not installing the driver automatically by uninstalling them first, so we inserted another USB wireless card to let it go, after downloading some updates, it fixed by itself
the HP one with a little spillage inside caused the keyboard partial working, after connected with external keyboard, it showed HARD DISK 3F0 message, go in hard disk diagnosis, and it gives no hard disk installed information, so we restart with CTRL+ALT+DEL combination, the windows started loaded!
After changed the gmail password, the customer's outlook 2007, which connected gmail by POP3, kept failing on password verification, tried many ways, none of them prevailed, eventually found this GAMMO tool and made the job done, and now the pst file can be imported to Thunderbird email program if you like saving the emails locally, thanks for the youtube below when this happened, going to the BIOS, enabling the Legacy boot option, save & exit, restart the computer
The update agent keeps failing because of KB3102810, manually download it from MS website, install
and restart the PC, then updating should be working P10 error means paper issue generally, paper jam, no paper feeding etc. none of them happened this time, just electronically wrong, here is the solution:
1. turn off the printer 2. press & hold the stop button 3. turn on the printer but hold the power button 4. while holding the power button, release the stop button 5. then still hold the power button, press "stop" twice 6. release power button 7. the P10 code supposed to be gone, or turn off the printer and turn back on again HP has done a firmware update recently.
Cartridges affected by this update are: HP 902 (XL) HP 906XL HP 952 (XL) HP 972 A/X Printers connected over wifi are prompted “new firmware is detected, want to update?”. Once the user clicks “update”, the printer will upgrade to the latest firmware version 1910AR. As a result, chips on some aftermarket cartridges will no longer be recognized. |
